Hi, I'm Amanda - NOT Stella!

Our bakery story begins with Amanda’s great-grandmother, Stella Martin, who was known for her signature orange pound cake, a cherished treat at every family gathering. Inspired by Stella’s recipe, Amanda began baking mini versions of the beloved cake for her family. What started as a tribute soon evolved into a passion, experimenting with new flavors while keeping the same key ingredients that made Stella’s original recipe so special.

She soon branched out and started experimenting with other baked goods and the gourmet cookies were soon another staple in her bakery. Amanda enjoys being able to create fun, unique, and silly cookie varieties.

In her spare time, you can find Amanda hanging out at home with her significant other, Kevin and dog, either binging a new TV series or reading a good book. She loves all things Harry Potter, the ACOTAR series, and listening to true crime podcasts while in the kitchen baking.
